Does your marriage feel different lately?

That's okay. You've come to the right place. First, let's get clear on exactly where you are. Then we'll apply a rhythm that helps you move together toward the marriage you want.

Coaching, workbooks and experiences from Shelly & Jason. Coaching, not therapy. Nothing you tap here is saved.

What's really going on

Marriages rarely change in one big moment. They drift a little at a time, while life keeps everyone busy. And nobody hands you a map. So you're left wondering: is this normal? Is it me? Is it us?

It's an ordinary place to be, not a failing grade. Every marriage moves through seasons, and once you can name yours, you know what to do next.

Your guides

You don't haveto guess alone.

A few months before our wedding, we sat down over breakfast at a local Denny's and walked through what we'd now call a genogram. We got clear on our pasts and intentional about our future, and we've been creating our marriage on purpose ever since.

It hasn't been easy. We're no strangers to the dark seasons, but we've kept choosing each other, one small rhythm at a time. We've also always wanted to serve, so in our first couple of years of marriage we were already leading small groups for couples, eager to help. All these years later, we still are.

What we teach is what we've had to live, rooted in faith and informed by trauma and neuroscience, choice theory and the Gottman Method. Our conviction: awareness comes first. Once you can see your season and stop arguing with it, you can change the rhythms that built it. Coaching, not therapy.

And yes, we're the very enthusiastic parents of two whimsical daughters.
